Hello my beautiful Goddess, welcome to my channel. My name is Jeallaina Irvin. My intention is to help women just like you to connect to your divine feminine power, transform your beauty, style, and confidence, and become the most authentic version of your best self. We are known to be in a time of mass spiritual awakening. During this time we feel called to follow our deep truths. Following our feminine path is our inherit birthright. The Goddess inside of you has always been there, she has been repressed by trauma, by society, and by patriarchal standards. Today I have for you, five ways to activate your feminine energy and start to embody the fullest expression of your feminine power. With each method I will give you ways to implement this in your everyday life. And stay tuned until the end for a bonus tip! So, lets begin…
Number one:
- Love and embrace yourself to your entirety.
Your feminine energy is what allows you to connect with yourself, to trust yourself, and to love yourself. Through this connection youll learn to celebrate the freedom and beauty of truly being you. This freedom of being authentic will give you a solidified sense of self and help you develop into the person youre meant to be. Self-love is important because it reduces our harmful behaviors and increases our positive behaviors that uplift our mind, body, and spirit. Some ways you can love and embrace yourself are:- Spend time getting to know yourself
- Be honest with yourself about who you are, your personality, your strengths and weaknesses, what makes you happy, and your triggers.
- Embrace your unique traits and differences. Consider them things that make you special. After all, you are an expression of divine creation.
- Be kind to yourself
- Treat yourself as if you were your best friend have compassion
- If your bestfriend was dating some trash bag fuck boy what would you say? Do the same for yourself.
- Be aware of yourself talk always speak kindly to yourself
- Forgive yourself
- Treat yourself as if you were your best friend have compassion
- Make self care a priority
- At least 30 minutes of exercise a day
- Eat clean foods fresh fruits and vegetables
- Get 7 to 9 hours of sleep
- Find time to relax
- Spend time getting to know yourself
Number two:
- Spend time in nature
Spending time in nature has several benefits… Improved short-term memory, Restored mental energy, Reduced stress, Improved creativity, Improved mental health
- Take phone calls outside
- I love doing this it is so relaxing. It puts you in such a good mood and I believe people can sense feel that good energy through the phone.
- Walk Barefoot in the grass
- Take off your shoes and. Let your body absorb the energy of the earth through your bare feet
- Have a picnic
- Spend time creating your favorite healthy salads and sandwhiches and cocktails. You can even turn it into a creative food session
Number three:
- Become more present Feminine energy means we are connected into our bodies
Being present is a powerful way of living which results in two benefits. First, you enjoy life more. You notice simple pleasures that emerge from your moment-by-moment experience that you miss when you’re unconscious o distracted. Being present in your life actually makes you a happier, healthier human being, as it leads to better moods, more energy, less emotional distress and can even lessen emotional exhaustion in the workplace. Mindfulness allows you to better regulate your emotions, as well as practice gratitude and empathy.
- Meditate
- One my feminine journey I actually learned that there are many ways to meditate. Some including Tai Chi, Yoga, Qi Gong, candle gazing, mantra, guided meditation, and breath work. A very easy beginner meditation is to just sit on a pillow with your legs in full lotus or half lotus position, set a time for 5-10 minutes, close your eyes, and focus on your breath… inhaleeeee exhaleeeee Whenever thoughts cross your mind , because they will cross your mind just notice them and keep focusing on your breath innnnhaleeee exhaleeeee
- Use your senses
- What does the room smell like? How does the air feel on your skin? What colors do you see? What sounds do you hear?
- Put away your phone and other electronics
- Electronics are the #1 cause of lack of mindfulness or I should say mindlessness. The repetitive nature of scrolling through our phones has taken our mind out of reality. If you’re having a problem with this try deleting a couple social media apps off your phone for a week. After a few days you won’t miss it at all, I promise.
Number four:
- Change the content your consuming
Conscious content consumption is being mindful about what you consume. Anything that makes you anxious, sad, a sense of lack, jealousy, or any negative emotions — is not worth consuming. You only need to consume what adds value to you, and of course, what entertains you.
But consuming content that adds little or no value to you, or worse, harms you, should be avoided at all costs. The worst thing about content that negatively impacts you is that you don’t even know it’s impacting you negatively! You should reduce the content that is hurting your subconscious self, it’s like a silent attack you don’t see.
The only way to figure this out in the first place is when you’re aware of your emotions
After that, judge when you see something. If you’re scrolling,
Is reading/watching this post worth it?
Is it going to help you in any way?
Is it even that entertaining?
If not, move on.
Once you become more aware of your emotions, check how you feel seeing certain posts.

- Stop comparing yourself to people on social media
- Again, that little tip I gave you earlier about deleting the apps, sometimes you have to do that and its best for yourself. Our mind body and spirit can use a break from the consistent comparison. Even if you are not aware of it you can still compare yourself subconsciously.
- If youre watching and or reading horror and the news STOP
- The news is full of negative energy, remember the news is entertainment too.
- Reading horror and watching horror causes anxiety
Number five:
- Set Boundaries
healthy boundaries can also help you:
Build greater self-esteem
Get clear on who you are, what you want, and your values and belief systems
Bring focus to yourself and your well-being
Enhance your mental health and emotional well-being
Avoid burnout
Develop independence
Gain a greater sense of identity
- Reflect on whats important to you
- Think about what you want to accomplish in this lifetime, your hobbies, your commitments, and your responsibilities… All these things will help you make sense of your priorities.
- Practice saying no
- You can start off saying no to strangers if you feel that it is too hard to say no to your friends and family. Saying no shows that you respect your own time and your own priorities over others.
- If you feel like someone has disrespected or crossed your boundary remove your time and energy
- Respect yourself first by respecting your own boundaries.
Bonus tip:
- Monitor your vibration
- When you are new to tapping into your feminine essence, you may not be as present and as sensuous as you would be as a seasoned Goddess. Therefore you mindfully should check your vibration every morning, every night and throughout the day. Just ask yourself how am I feeling? How am I feeling in my body? And if you feel something off, the quickest way to raise your vibration is gradutite. So mightve ran into your ex at the supermarket with his new super model girlfriend. And even though you might be “over it” you’re walking around with a frown on your face and not even notice. The best way to handle that would be
By practicing self-love, spending time in nature, being more present, changing the content you consume, and setting boundaries you can begin to activate your feminine energy. By starting this journey you can tap into this divine power of the universe and it will change your life completely.
